Refund Policy

Our commitment is to customer satisfaction, and we provide the following refund policy with transparency and fairness in mind:

  • Refunds for Pay as You Go credit are eligible within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits have been used. If any portion of the purchased credits has been used, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable to reflect the immediate access to all subscription benefits upon payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred from the next billing cycle.
  • To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@usemynt.com with your account details and proof of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Tepid Innovations Limited, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • You will not use Mynt for any illegal purposes or to conduct any unauthorized activity.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create using Mynt, but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
  • Neither reference content e.g. code and documents, nor generated content e.g. documents, nor chat content, nor any user input at all into Mynt, will be used to train or fine tune AI Models.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
  • We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time, so please review them frequently.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration, and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are dedicated to protecting the personal information you entrust to us:

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details when you register for our services.
  • Your information is used to process transactions, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law.
